Q: What is YourActionsPay.com?
A: YourActionsPay is top site on the net that pays you for completing offers and surveys, joining, playing games, printing coupons, AND referring others to do the same. We have literally hundreds of well known offers (and soon - 300+ online shopping retailers and merchants). Each time you complete an offer or shop at any of the merchants on our site, we pay you cash! Not points! Not wooden nickels! Not Gobs of Points that 'hopefully' someday will add up to something useful... but cash!

Q: Do I have to buy something to earn cash and rewards?
A: Although shopping at the merchants on our site will make you the most money, you do not have to buy anything. You can earn cash simply by completing offers and surveys, joining, playing games, printing coupons, AND referring others. There are other contests and bonuses to win by qualifying. We try to make sure that everyone has an opportunity to earn - even without a purchase.

Q: I have referred a friend but why have I not received my $5.00 referral commission?
A: In order for you to receive your referral commission, your friend must complete the amount necessary for them to cashout at the minimum cashout value (described below). You can view the status of your referrals in the “Joining and Referral Commissions” section of the “Members Area” page.

Q: Where can I view my earnings, offers completed, redemptions, friends referred, etc.?
A: All information about your account can be viewed in the “Commission Details” sections of the “Members Area” page, when you’re signed in. This link is at the top of every page. When you refer friends, complete offers, make redemptions, and qualify for bonuses, they will appear in their appropriate section.

Q: I have just completed an offer or made a purchase. Why hasn’t my account been credited?
A: Although most of our offers are paid instantly or in “real time”, not all offers are. Some offers require information from the merchant in order for your account to be credited. Not to worry, once we receive the purchase confirmation from the merchant, your account will be credited instantly at that point. Most are either instantly or 1-2 days tops. However, this can take up to 30 days depending on the offer.

Q: I have cash in my account, why can’t I redeem it?
A: In order to redeem the cash in your account, you must have a minimum of $30.00.

Q: I have just made a redemption request, when will I receive my cash?
A: Once you make a redemption request it will be paid at the end of every month on a Net-15 basis. This means we will process your payment 15 days from the end of the month in which your request was made. (Example: If redemption is made on June 18th, payment will be sent July 15th). Please keep in mind... that we can't pay you until we're paid from all of our sources. Why do I tell you these things? I say this because SOMETIMES the 15th day is on a Holiday, Non-Working Business Day, or Weekend - in which no payment will be made to us - upon which case, you'll be paid within the next 1-2 business days. So, if the 15th appears to be on a Saturday, and the Monday after is a Holiday (Non-Working Business Day), then you will be paid on Tuesday (but we state 1-2 days so it may be on Wednesday at very latest).
One Additional Point - if you are using fraudulent information and/or are from a country that is NOT accepted by the offer - then you WILL NOT be paid for that offer. Why? Because we won't get paid for it. Many vendors take note of the IP Address of where you are viewing their offer from and know whether you are in the specified country (or not). Also, if you intend to engage in fraudulent activity (ie. using credit cards that are not yours, credit card profiles that are designed to fraud the system, frauding any system to just get the money KNOWING full well that the credit card informaiton you've supplied is faulty) then you WILL NOT BE PAID - and YOUR ACCOUNTS will be IMMEDIATELY REMOVED from our system, and your IP Blocked! We have a ZERO TOLERANCE for this. Thank you for your understanding in this!

Q: Does you privacy policy protect me and will I get junk mail?
A: We at YourActionsPay take our members’ privacy very seriously. Any information that you provide us with is kept strictly confidential and will not be given to any third parties. We will email you periodically with great deals and specials. If you do not want to receive these e-mails, simply click on the link at the bottom of the email and you will be removed from our special offers mailing list. Q: How do I sign up for an account?
A: Simply click on the YourActionsPay Sign-Up link at the top-right of any page - right under the login area. You will be sent an email to confirm your registration.

Q: Why didn’t I receive my confirmation email? How can I resend it?
A: First check your junk mail folder as the email might have been automatically placed there. You will want to add "support@youractionspay.com" as a Safe E-Mail Sender in your ISP/Mail Server Settings/Filters. You may have to change some of your filter settings on your email client to make sure that any further emails from us don’t get flagged as junk. If you still can’t locate the email or you have misplaced it, simply Contact Us to resend it. If none of the above fixes the problem, you may have entered your email address incorrectly and will need to sign-up again.

Q: How does referring my friends earn me more money?
A: For every referred friend that signs up and completes earns enough for payout of $30 in total account earnings (which does include the sign-up bonus - if any exists for that person's account when they first signed up) you will receive a $5.00 referral fee. Refer as many friends as you like!

A: No! There is no limit. The more offers you complete and friends you refer, the more money you will make!

Q: What does the amount at the bottom of the offer box mean?
A: For offers that show a "$ [dollar]" amount, this is the fixed amount you will be credited for completing that offer. For offers with a "% [percent]" amount, this number represents the percentage that you will be receiving based on your purchase for making a purchase at that merchant’s site. Please note: some merchants will offer you cash or a discount in addition to what we are offering you, this will be displayed within the offer box amongst the text and is offered solely from the merchant.

A: Any personal information that we have received from you in order to send your earnings is protected and kept strictly confidential. We do not request any credit card information at any time. When you choose to make a purchase from one of our merchants, you will give them your credit card information at that time. Not us! And, they don't share any information with us either.

Q: I live outside of the U.S., can I still join?
A: While a majority of the offers we have are for U.S. and Canada - we currently accept any U.S., Canadian, U.K. and other International residents. There are many reasons for keeping it within the US, Canada, and U.K. However, we feel that if our membership can remain of a high quality - we'll continue to accept those from international locations.

Q: What if there is an error in the stats of one of my purchases or offers completed?
A: If you believe there is an error in the information that is showing up in your account, please contact us using our Contact Us page - and Select "Status Inquiry" and in the comments include the issue you are having and we will do our best to rectify the problem as soon as possible. Don’t forget to include your Name, Account Email and User ID if possible, as this will speed up the process. Please also keep in mind that if it's in regards to why a completed offer is not showing up yet, please make sure that you keep all records relating to it, but give it a full 30 days for % offers, and at least a week for others.
